The short version: Upkept keeps everything on your device. There is no account system, no server that stores your data, and we don’t collect, sell, or share your personal information. Your maintenance tasks are yours — and you can export them at any time, for free.
Nothing. Upkept has no account and no backend. The tasks, schedules, dates, notes, and completion history you enter are stored only in the app’s private storage on your device. We have no access to them.
Upkept does not include any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and it does not track you across apps or websites. There are no tracking identifiers.
The app works fully offline. The only network activity is when you make or restore an in-app purchase, which is handled entirely by Apple’s App Store / StoreKit — Upkept never sees your payment details.
Upkeep reminders are scheduled locally on your device. They are not sent from, or routed through, any server.
You can export your tasks as a JSON copy at any time from Settings → Export data. Upkept does not upload it anywhere; it goes only where you choose to put it.
Unlocking unlimited tasks is a one-time purchase processed by Apple. Whether you own it is recorded on your device; the transaction itself is managed by the App Store under Apple’s privacy policy.
Upkept does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above and post the revised version at this URL.
