The short version: Pitkeep keeps everything on your device. We don’t have an account system, we don’t run a server that stores your data, and we don’t collect, sell, or share your personal information. Your maintenance records are yours — and you can export them at any time, for free.
Nothing. Pitkeep has no account and no backend. The vehicles, services, odometer readings, and history you enter are stored only in the app’s private storage on your device. We have no access to them.
Pitkeep does not include any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and it does not track you across apps or websites. There are no tracking identifiers.
The app works fully offline. The only network activity is when you make or restore an in-app purchase, which is handled entirely by Apple’s App Store / StoreKit — Pitkeep never sees your payment details.
Service reminders are scheduled locally on your device. They are not sent from, or routed through, any server.
You can export your records as CSV, PDF, or a full JSON backup. When you choose to share an export, iOS’s standard share sheet sends it wherever you direct it (Files, Mail, etc.). Pitkeep does not upload it anywhere.
Unlocking unlimited vehicles is a one-time purchase processed by Apple. Whether you own it is recorded on your device; the transaction itself is managed by the App Store under Apple’s privacy policy.
Pitkeep does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above and post the revised version at this URL.
